This is a Midcentury designed home with 20 foot ceilings and large glass windows. It has a lot of light and is furnished to enhance the midcentury exterior with an eclectic comfort. The dining room looks into a tropical garden with outdoor seating and steps that leads to a higher patio under an oaktree with an incredible view of Los Angeles. There is one bathroom and a kitchen equipped with everything you might need for any kind of gathering of people. There is wifi in the house and in the garden. This space can be used for an elegant cocktail party for your new business, or a intimate get together with friends. The lighting inside the home and lush garden makes a great shooting location for short films, music videos, or photos shoots. It is located right of Sunset Blvd. above Whisky Agogo. It's right in West Hollywood with out all the noise. There is no parking, however street parking is very easy and right in front of the house. I do not include any catering, however if you are in need of bartender I know someone who is great!
