The Space

This architecturally unique Mid Century Modern home in the heart of Silverlake is a visual wonder. The house represents idyllic LA mid-century living. The house has plenty of indoor-outdoor living spaces, lush landscaping, views to Catalina, massive floor to ceiling glass windows and architectural features. The house is picture perfect. The windows and doors are double pane glass. The street is a double wide street with no-restriction parking and plenty of parking spaces.

Minimum hours: 3

- $350 / hour - 3 hour minimum. Time is rounded up to the nearest hour. Not prorated - $250 for first two hours of tech scout regardless of number of attendees, $250/hour after the first two hours. - $350 damage deposit - Full shooting insurance detailing coverage & including waiver of subrogation for owner to be delivered before shoot date & approved by owner. - Rental agreement to be signed prior to booking
