Midcentury modern loft-style house

Our mid-century modern loft style house is displayed with furniture by renowned designers. The available space for rent is approximately 2500 sqft. out of the entire house. The large windows facing South in our loft space with a soaring high ceiling on the main floor are allowing the space flooded with natural light from morning to sunset on a shiny day. A serene vibe could be curated with lights when it is overcast or rains. The room on our ground floor also brightens up with the sun from 10 am to 4 pm. A large stone countertop is in the center of our kitchen, and the dining area with full of natural light is next to it. Our space is furnished with various original pieces designed in the Mid-century modern era. Numerous objects and miniatures on display can be moved and utilized as needed. The outside of the house, meditation garden, and BBQ space are open for use as well. *At this moment, only the room on the ground floor and the space on the main floor are for rent due to safety measures on the stairs to the loft area. The master bedroom and the loft space with amazing views are only available upon agreement between the host and the users. Our space will present diverse views for your movie, video shoots, and photoshoots. The hosts can set the display, objects, or furniture that needed to be moved or cleared when requested prior to shooting. The hosts will stay in a separate space within the house for any request to move furniture or questions during your shoots. A total of 4+ parking spaces are available, on-street and driveway. RULES - Our space is a shoeless living space. The shoe cover is required when entering with shoes on. There is an exception only when the shoot requires the model or actor to wear shoes.
