The Space

Fully stocked, ready to shoot, and located in the heart of Manhattan. This space is a one stop shop for all your event, photography, and film production needs. Amenities include two makeup stations, kitchenette, wifi, and production essentials. Please inquire with us about our in-house equipment rentals. We offer two spaces, the white cyclorama studio and a second studio located in the same building, ideal for interviews and recording sound. Studio B is an additional $100 an hour and is located on the 4th floor of the same building. If you are only renting Studio B please buzz 4E and go to the 4th floor of the building. Take advantage of our unique view of the Midtown skyline. The rooftop offers old-school NYC charm and a panoramic view of the surrounding neighborhoods. We offer rooftop access at an additional flat rate of 500 per day. These alternate spaces are housed in the same building and are available for simultaneous rental. Book today for film, photo shoots, casting, meetings, and intimate events. Please inquire with us if you have any questions. *Deer Studios Rules* • Studio must be left in the same manner in which it was found upon entering with all items removed aside from garbage. • All garbage must be bagged upon leaving. Client must take with them any large pieces of garbage that need to be specially dis- posed off – it cannot be left on the curb outside of the studio. • There will be an extra cleaning charge of $250 for any rentals that do not clean up after themselves. Confetti Rule: Deer Studios does not allow confetti or any hazardous decorations in our spaces. Additionally, if any decorations or party items are not disposed of correctly a penalty will be applied. Large Item Rule: If large or specific items that require special removal are left in the space the client will be charged that amount in addition to their booking.

Rooftop access is available at a flat rate of $500 and must be made with a booking of one or more studios. Rental Price does not include in-house equipment rentals Overtime - After your agreed upon booking time has ended and you need to continue using the space a $200/ hour or overtime rate will be applied. Rates for events or other activities will vary depending on guest count, liability and demand. Wear and Tear: $200 Off Hours Fee: $150.00 Overtime Hours: $50.00/15 mins or $200.00/hour Overnight Storage: $250.00
