Midtown Cyclorama Studio

Located in the heart of Manhattan, this space is a fully stocked, one-stop shop for all your event, photography, and film-production needs. Please inquire with us about our broad array of in-house equipment rentals, available with your booking. Studio A, located on the second floor of the building, houses a spacious, white cyclorama; two hair and makeup stations; a kitchenette; and a bathroom. It is accessible by elevator or stairs. Take advantage of our unique view of the Midtown East skyline and historic Sutton Place neighborhood by booking our private rooftop for a flat rate of $500 per day. The Rooftop, which offers old-school NYC charm and a panoramic view of the surrounding neighborhoods, is available for photo, video and film shoots. It is not available for events, meetings, or social functions. It cannot be rented alone, and instead must be paired with your rental of Studio A. Please inquire with us if you have any questions. *Deer Studios Rules* • Studio must be left in the same manner in which it was found upon entering with all items removed aside from garbage. • All garbage must be bagged upon leaving. Client must take with them any large pieces of garbage that need to be specially disposed off – it cannot be left on the curb outside of the studio. • There will be an extra cleaning charge of $250 for any rentals that do not clean up after themselves. • Confetti Rule: Deer Studios does not allow confetti or any hazardous decorations in our spaces. Additionally, if any decorations or party items are not disposed of correctly a penalty will be applied. • Large Item Rule: If large or specific items that require special removal are left in the space the client will be charged that amount in addition to their booking.
