Large windows for Natural Daylight with blackout drapes available. high Ceilings. 12-foot Bar area , dressing room, 16-foot video projection wall, optional Video screening area and much more. Located near all Manhattan transportation hubs. ( Penn Station, Port Authority, Lincoln Tunnel, Times Sq Subway Hub, etc... } Note** If you wish to use the VIP Room or Video Screening Area you must Add it on or it will not be open for use. If serving alcohol, you must add-on our in-house security
