Insurance and Liability: The lessee shall maintain adequate liability insurance to cover any accidents or incidents that may occur during the event. The venue owner may require proof of insurance before the event takes place. 6. Cleanliness and Sanitation: The lessee is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation during and after the event. Adequate sanitation facilities shall be provided, and all waste shall be properly disposed of. 7. Compliance with COVID-19 Measures (if applicable): The lessee shall adhere to any COVID-19 safety measures mandated by federal, state, or local authorities at the time of the event.
