The Space

1200 sq ft of clean, white open space. Access is on the backside of a retail space in Old East Dallas. The open floor plan is perfect for small-scale indoor photo shoots, hosting workshops, private parties & pop-up shops. includes: - Kitchenette (with sink & microwave)* - ADA compliant bathroom - ADA access ramp - SONOS sound system - Dimmable lighting - Street parking *We do not have a regular kitchen on-site. Access to full commercial kitchen available for food professionals and additional fees. Available furniture on-site: 16 assorted chairs 4 pink counter-height stools 1 leather sofa 4 leather chairs 1 - 2’x8' white table 3 - 3'x3' white tables You are welcome to bring in additional furniture if you choose!

Rental Agreement: All renters must sign our Rental Agreement and a credit card authorization form in case of incidentals or damages. (sent separately) Set-up time:  We allow 30 minutes on either end of the booking time for set-up. If you need additional set-up time, you will need to add more time to your booking.  Parking:  Parking is limited in front of our space (there are 4-10 spaces directly in front of our entrance), but there is free street parking in the surrounding area / block.  Cleaning:  We expect that renters throw all trash in the dumpster (located nearby) and that the space be returned to the state that it was in when you arrived.  Viewings: BY APPOINTMENT ONLY. We are available Monday - Friday, 10am - 5pm for viewings. If you have a date in mind to come see the space, please let us know so we can get it on the books! Commercial Kitchen: This is not included in space rental. Can be reserved for an additional fee. Your caterer will need to show proof of Liability Insurance. The commercial kitchen is equipped with commercial-grade equipment and can only be used by licensed food professionals.
