Welcome to Our Stylish Event Loft at Bryant Park Discover an exceptional event space in the heart of Manhattan, right by Bryant Park. Our 5000 sq. ft. loft seamlessly blends elegance with practicality. Features You'll Love: * Abundant Natural Light: Enjoy the natural light streaming through the many windows that surround our spacious dressing suite, providing glimpses of midtown Manhattan, including views of the iconic NY Public Library and the majestic Empire State Building. * Convenience at Your Fingertips: Take advantage of four elevators, kitchen equipped with a conventional stove, microwave, cook top, a refrigerator, an espresso machine, two restrooms with two cabins each, ensuring comfort and ease for you and your guests. * Ideal Capacity: With a legal capacity of 125 people, our loft strikes the perfect balance between intimacy and spaciousness. The venue includes 8 large tables (seating 10 each), 80 white chairs, and chic cocktail tables. * Smart Home Integration: Elevate your experience with our high-end Control 4 Smart Home system. A touch panel lets you control the AC climate across 12 units, adjust tunable dynamic lighting, and customize audio and lighting zones for streaming your own music. Health and SafetyHealth & Safety Policy

The safety and well being of our guests is our top priority. We are committed to the overall wellbeing of our guests and have taken additional measures to ensure the cleanliness of our space.  Cleaning  We are implementing enhanced cleaning procedures in our space to protect our guests. These include: * Our staff is following the cleaning and hygiene guidance recommended by the CDC * We are thoroughly cleaning our space and all shared surfaces regularly after each booking * We use detergent to remove dirt, grease, dust, and germs. Once the surface is clean, we spray with a disinfectant. * We are providing hand sanitizer to our guests * We provide essential amenities such as hand soap, hand dryer, paper towels, a trash can with foot pedal/motion detector * We ventilate the space before cleaning and it was used  Hygiene While our space is in use we ask to please follow these hygiene guidelines: * Wash your hands frequently and properly * Use your arm or sleeve when coughing or sneezing, and use hand sanitizer regularly * Dispose of tissues immediately and wash hands or use sanitizer any time you have used tissues If You Are Sick For everyone's safety, we are asking guests who are displaying even mild flu-like symptoms, including fever, cough, and cold to stay home. Please notify us if you or one of your team members or guests are diagnosed with COVID-19 and have used our space or facilities in the past 30 days.  Event Services Our vendors providing food and beverages, and other even services, are following our Health & Safety Policy guidelines.  We are looking forward to hosting you, feel free to ask any questions you might have, thank you, and keep safe!
