Modern Bright Creative Studio

The Studio is a by appointment booking studio located in up-beat Prospect Heights Brooklyn. The studio is a creative space for all levels of production including but not limited to photo shoots, video shoots, vlogs, pop ups, work shops, brand launching , art gallery, intimate events. There is 1000 sq ft of indoor space and 250 sq ft cafe style backyard. The studio offers beautiful natural light shining through our floor to ceiling front window, white walls an high ceilings. We are located near the Underhill walls which is a non profit art installation located at the corner of St.Johns Pl and Underhill Ave. We are also located near the Brooklyn Botanical Garden, Prospect Park, Brooklyn Museum and many more beautiful spaces you could continue your production after. Amenities Include: Multiple sets/backdrops, furniture, props, hair and make-up station, changing station, full sized mirror, lounge area, wardrobe rack and hangers, high-speed wifi, Sonos wireless sound system, mini fridge, in space bathroom , kitchenette and cafe style backyard. We offer 107" pure white seamless backdrop included with booking. Other colors are available for $20 per pull. Select on add-ons to choose and to see what’s available. Any requested seamless backdrop will be placed by host before your booking. If the guest chooses multiple back drops one will be placed by host and the others will be left in the space for the guest to place. Equipment included in rental rate: 3 c-stands, 6 apple boxes, equipment cart, 4 foot work table, 4 foot counter table, Sony tripod, 4 sand bags, gaffers tape, 2 soft box lights, 3 ring lights, power strips and extension cords, hand held steamer, powerful ac and heating system and a wide array of furniture and props.
