The Space

Located in the historic downtown Courthouse Square building, The Great Room has large windows & mid-century modern design. We offer 1,000 - 4,000 square feet of production space available for video, film, photography and fine art uses. We rent the space as a blank canvas, and green room(s) are available for an additional daily fee.

ENTRY POLICIES By entering The Pioneer Collective, you are confirming that you have not had a cough or shortness of breath or two or more of the following symptoms in the last 14 days: Fever, Chills, Repeated shaking with chills, Muscle pain, Headache, Sore throat, New loss of taste or sense of smell. By entering The Pioneer Collective, you are confirming that you have not been in contact with someone with a confirmed or suspected case of COVID-19 in the last 14 days. It is mandatory to wear a mask or face-covering at all times while in the space (both nose and mouth must be covered). If you or someone in your household has a confirmed COVID-19 diagnosis with 14 days of being in the space, please inform a staff member immediately. (team@thepioneercollective.com) CLEANING & DISINFECTING POLICIES Building management has changed all HVAC filters and will continue to do so regularly In addition to nightly cleaning, TPC Staff will make regular sweeps to disinfect high touch areas throughout the workday. We'll follow gym rules: You use it, you wipe it! Hand sanitizer will be located in common areas and all entry and exit points, however, this is not a substitute for washing your hands. Guests are expected to wash hands per CDC guidelines when entering common areas, the kitchen, and when leaving the restrooms. Sanitizing wipes will be provided in all work areas. Members should abide by "gym rules," wiping down areas in which they've worked each time they leave an area. SOCIAL DISTANCING POLICIES Please maintain 6 feet of distance whenever possible Please sit at designated spots only and refrain from moving chairs or furniture MEETING POLICIES Meeting rooms will initially be limited in their capacity. Please adhere to these headcounts. TPC will comply with all forthcoming local regulations regarding limitations on gathering sizes. Wipe down all used items with disinfectant upon leaving the meeting room.
