We are eager to welcome back our guests while being in compliance with all local, state and federal mandates for health safety in response to COVID-19. As of May 15, we are accepting short-term rental stays based on the San Bernardino County Reopening Plan. We are accepting bookings for film and photo shoots, events and weddings for July 1, 2020 and beyond with flexible cancellation policies in the case of COVID-19 related restrictions. Below are procedures and amenities in place at The Perch to help keep you safe. distance The arrangement of cabins and buildings provide a setting that enables guests and clients to maintain safe social distancing. Not only are we located on 4 acres of land with plenty of fresh air, our 10 cabins and buildings are all positioned more than 6 feet in distance from one another. Additionally, 7 of our cabins have full kitchens or kitchenettes so food services can be kept separate. All cabins have full bathrooms as additional support in maintaining social distance and hygiene. sanitization All surfaces are sanitized between guests including: Soap dispensers Sink hardware Toilets Showers and bathtubs Floors All linens including bed linens and towels Door knobs and doors themselves Lamps Pulls on cabinets and drawers Windows Soap is provided in each cabin for frequent hand washing by guests. contactless arrival and departure We can facilitate contactless arrival and departure with a sanitized lock box and key to your cabin. employee care Our team is small and focused, with great care and attention to detail. Employees wear masks and gloves when performing their duties and surfaces are sanitized frequently. Social distancing of at least 6 feet is maintained during any projects. The majority of our team works independently, whether on facility maintenance or housekeeping.
