Our Modern Chic Loft offers 1800 sqft offers a blank white canvas with big glass windows featuring the beautiful streets of Long Island City. The open nature of the space allows it to suit many different private event needs, including parties, sweet 16, birthdays, baby showers, product launch events, business meetings, exhibitions, lectures, pop up shops and much more. 100 chairs and 10 round or rectangle tables can be provided at no additional cost. The venue is conveniently located near the G and 7 train.

The Space

This modern chic all white canvas allows it to suit many different event needs, including parties, sweet 16, bar mitzvah, birthdays, baby showers, product launch events, business meetings, exhibitions, lectures, pop up shop and weekly classes and much more. The space has a 8ft mobile bar, 100 chiavari chairs, 10 60” round tables, 10 6ft rectangle tables, 10 cocktail tables, and 2 Mobile food stations 4 slots each with chafing dish.

Health and SafetyHealth & Safety Policy

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities. High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected. Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed. A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings. Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning.
