Our 2,500 square foot, freshly painted white and cream interior venue located in the picturesque Hudson NY offers a unique and stunning setting for weddings, parties, performances, dinners, photo + video shoots, and so much more… "The space can comfortably accommodate up to 200 invited guests and is equipped with a full modern kitchen for dining, professional spot lighting for image highlights, ample storage space, and two bathrooms for your guests' convenience. Your 30 ft high ceilings, hand-painted stain-glass windows with stunning natural light, and timeless architecture will provide a one-of-a-kind backdrop for any event. Health and SafetyHealth & Safety Policy

We are committed to providing a clean and safe environment for your invited guests. We have implemented a thorough cleaning protocol between each booking, which includes: Sanitizing high-touch surfaces such as door handles, light switches, and remote controls. Disinfecting surfaces in the kitchen and bathrooms. Sweeping and mopping floors. Ventilating the space by opening windows and doors for at least 30 minutes before and after each booking. Self-Cleaning: Invited guests are also asked to help maintain a clean environment by: Wiping down any surfaces they have used with provided sanitizing wipes, or using their own cleaning products. Cleaning and putting away dishes and utensils used during their stay Placing their own trash and recycling to the designated areas. Health concerns: If any of the invited guests are experiencing symptoms of illness or have been in contact with someone who has been diagnosed with COVID-19, we request them to reschedule their booking and consult with healthcare professional. Invited Guest Cooperation: We understand that these extra precautions may inconvenience some guests, but we appreciate your cooperation and understanding in keeping our space safe for all of our invited guests.
