I own a real estate and lending company that helps service clients in OC, LA and Tennessee. I love the idea of renting out my spaces to help provide solutions for anyone in need of something they don't otherwise have access to. I pride myself on providing excellent service and hospitality to all of our guests. I am a big fan of being a part of the solution rather than the problem. I look forward to coming along side our guests to help them utilize our space in the best ways possible.

The Space

Our space has been used for corporate events, dinner parties, birthday parties, baby showers, commercial shoots, photography, film, and product shoots. It's a versatile space, easy to access and we have access to overflow parking at a nearby church parking lot if necessary. The yard is lush and provides a great space in front and back for anything you may need to host an indoor/outdoor event year around. The home was completely remodeled in 2022 and is the perfect aesthetic for commercials or an upscale event. The kitchen is well equipped with almost every item you would need to prepare a gourmet meal.

The home is deep cleaned and sanitized by a professional cleaning company after every booking.
