This unique and transformative venue is housed on the second floor of a converted factory rich with history and character. The space features two distinct sides, and boasts a spacious 4,800 sq ft that can be used for private events or creative productions. Where traditional meets modern; our loft is designed with the foundation of a minimalist aesthetic, showcasing natural elements and textures, with clean lines. By infusing modern pieces, and the intentional use of color and shapes, we have designed a vibrant and visually stimulating environment, with special moments throughout the space. Each side showcases 12 ft ceilings, large windows, and an open floor plan.. While the East side feels light, bright, and a touch more modern, the West side feels warm, homey, and moody. Additionally, the West side features a bar, and bonus "Blue Room" in the rear, which can be used as a cocktail lounge, kids zone, video village, extra seating, or any other special space you might need for your event or shoot.
