I am an artist metalsmith and woodsmith. Interior Designer by trade. Space planning is my Forte. I know color theory and have a photographic memory when it comes to spacial orientation and color. This space is dedicated to local College continuing Art Students To run as their own Art Gallery shows. They may curate others BFA/MFA shows or their own. The Space

This 1920's historical bldg has been skillfully refaced in the last year. With palms &bamboo surrounding perimeter & the just completed newly designed remodel of the interior with minimalistic style. Big beautiful plate glass Windows so many you might drown yourself with natural light. I've decked it out with simple modern minimal style. The floors have been blasted and splashed with epoxy to give it a updated rustic appeal. The loft is located on the main drag in Downtown Long Beach.

a full day is 10 hours Cleaning fee -- $250.00 sliding scale by use 1-week (7days)- $5000.00 deposit -----------$2000.00 weekend fri,sat,sun--$2500.00 NO HOURS AFTER 12am ( but we can discuss it ) If your event exceeds 100 people you must hire security if this is a public event and serving alcohol. With the exception of a wedding.
