The Space

This large and beautiful studio is located in the neighborhood of Koreatown Los Angeles. The entire interior is 10,000 square feet with big industrial skylights that let in lots of natural light and is decorated with modern and eclectic furniture throughout. Between two floors, the space is flexible with many different looks and areas that offer a variety of options and can be easily set up to meet your needs. The location is available 24/7 and is an ideal space for film shoots, photography, events, conferences, screenings, editing, writer's room, meetings, production office, and private dinners & luncheons.

Health & Safety Policy

We take COVID precautions seriously and require everyone to wear a mask at all times. We encourage renters and crew to disineffect frequently as well practice social distancing when possible. Renter and/or crew must present proof of vaccination and/or present a negative Covid-19 test result that is no older than 72hrs.

Rates may vary depending on crew size or guest capacity. Weekend & Holiday prices also may vary. Additional site manager fee ($500/10hr per day) is required. Cleaning fees ($500) & trash disposal fees ($75 per day) are required. Security ($350/10 per day) is available for booking. Studio Rental Rates only refer to the physical studio rental. All additional services, catering, additional props & furniture and/or equipment are additional costs. We are able to customize your production needs to your rental agreement.
