ABOUT THE ROOM: Our classroom is great for Trainings, Forum Lectures, Group Work, Workshops, Meetings, Team Building, or even an open space to work from for the day! This spacious room fits 18-25 people comfortably. The room is also equipped with two large glass whiteboards, whiteboard markers, A/C & Heat controlled in the room, a lectern (podium), 9 tables, and 20 rolling chairs. If you need additional tables or chairs, please reach out to us! You have access to WiFi and an HDMI TV (HDMI cord and a USB-C HDMI Mac adapter provided). You may rearrange the desks and chairs in the room to accommodate your needs. COMMUNAL LOUNGE: Access to the Communal Lounge may be available upon request - no extra charge! This is a great additional space to have for any breaks you may need. This lounge is fully equipped with three vending machines (2 with drinks, 1 with snacks - all three machines take cash and card), two microwaves, a toaster, a sink, and a filtered water dispenser. It is also furnished with two couches, 6 small tables, and one round table. The room fits 16 people comfortably. LOCATION: We are located minutes from San Marcos City Hall, and are right off of the freeway exit. Our campus is the entire second floor of the building. We offer other classrooms for rent ranging in sizes, layouts, and functionality. All of our rooms have floor to ceiling windows, offering ample natural light and beautiful views. If you have any special requests, just let us know 48 hours prior to your reservation and we will do our best to accommodate!
