The Space

1,200 square foot retail storefront space in DTLA Fashion District, newly remodeled with new flooring, trim and paint. It is one large open space (approximately 23'x55'), furnished with new, stylish modern furniture. Space would be ideal for parties up to 100 people (including parties late into the night/next morning), brand activations, pop-up shops, launch parties, art exhibits, live music performances, studio space, film production, screenings, casting calls, seminars, birthdays, Mitzvahs, Quinceneras, etc. The following features are available (ask about pricing): 65" 4K television, 2,000W sound system with mixer, Fender Bassman 15" Bass Amp, DJ lighting system, photo booth with backdrop and printing capabilities, studio lighting (three softboxes and two LED ringlight continuous lights with floor stands), full body green screen, Location is very convenient, just a couple blocks north of the 10 Freeway. Clean and safe street with abundant meter parking as well as surface lots and parking structures within one block radius. We can provide event security as well as valet parking if needed. There is enough space directly outside the store for a taco cart or catering truck. Space can accommodate up to 100 people standing. There is enough room to set up about 6-7 banquet rounds with 10 seats each plus additional side tables and high boys along the edges. Space has a private bathroom with separate men's and women's stalls.
