WE EXPECT YOU TO PRESENT A CERTIFICATE OF LIABILITY* PRIOR TO PRODUCTION. * 1) Please confirm in writing that this insurance does include filming and/or photo shoot exposures. 2) Please confirm that the $500,000 limit on "damage to rented premises" is supplemented by the commercial umbrella that is listed on the certificate. If that $500,000 limit is not scheduled on the umbrella, then it is likely that you only have a $500,000 Insurance limit to rebuild the house if it is destroyed it for any reason.
