Day-to-day, we're a record shop celebrating global dance music culture. But, when we roll the records into storage and turn down our designer lights, we host wedding receptions, dinner parties, pop-ups, dance parties, film productions, influencer tour stops, album releases, corporate mixers, and everything in between. With a wide-open, industrial style, contemporary sculptural lighting, double-height exposed brick, and a custom sound system including access to a range of DJs, our space serves as an authentic backdrop for discerning planners--we're versatile enough to accommodate many different styles. We love hosting parties and would be delighted to share our 125 capacity space with you!
For private rentals, we can provide full bar service.
For events open to the public, we are able to provide on-site beer and cider sales.
We cannot allow people to bring in their own alcohol.
We have a full list of amazing caterers that we can work with to provide food for your events. We also allow you to bring in your own licensed caterer.
We also have world class DJs in residence who can provide a full range of DJ services for any style of event!

We require our security when:
Alcohol is served
Events start after 5pm
More than 15 guests are present
Exceptions to this can be discussed but this is rarely waived.
We provide this for an additional cost of $50 an hour, invoiced once you've booked.
All rentals that serve food, alcohol, or have over 25 guests will be charged a $200 cleaning fee in additional to rental cost.
We ask that any decorations or other items be removed immediately after your event. If you would like us to clean up decorations for you or store any items there is an additional charge. Please inquire, we are happy to help you!
We allow you to hang things on the wall with paint-safe tape. Any damage when things are hung through the wall will be charged to the renter.
We can provide event lighting in a variety of colors for $50 per one day or less rental.
We can also provide quote for food, bar, furniture, linen, and AV rentals.
We allow outside catering in the space with prior approval but we don't allow outside alcohol.
We have a full DJ booth and sound system that you are welcome to use as part of your rental. If you require support on sound, set-up or AV we charge $50 an hour for that support.
Your event rental fee of $175 hours is charged via Splacer.
All additional fees:
$200 cleaning fee (flat rate)
$50 per hour security fee
and any food and beverage, AV, or rental costs are invoiced to you separately directly from us and a 50% deposit is required when booking.
