The mixture of industrial and modern has always rocked my boat and this rehabbed former foundry fits the bill. After spending the last 20 years as a photographer shooting in amazing spaces, I just had to offer up my private studio for others to use. With the help of my team, aka architecturally schooled design-centric wife, we came up with a functional, private, open concept space for your next photo and video production, event or corporate function. The Space

This is not your standard rental space. Originally built for a cobbler in the 1900’s,until it transitioned into a zinc foundry for the last 50 years. The foundry was even rumored to cast oscar awards at this very spot! We underwent a major renovation, bringing this little slice of history into a modern open concept photo-studio while maintaining it’s original industrial vibe. We’ve been delighted to host a variety of amazing projects and events. This creative, urban space is just waiting for your next shoot, production, pop-up, dinner party or that "amazing" event you are looking to throw!

Health and SafetyHealth & Safety Policy

Safety for our guests and staff is a big priority. We have taken additional measures to ensure the cleanliness of our space. We have updated and developed cleaning and safety policies to help limit the impact of the COVID-19 spread while you are spending time at our space. We refer to the CDC's Guidelines for Cleaning and Disinfecting (CDC) to implement the following: Temperature Checks will be done before you are allowed to enter the space. CLEANING We are thoroughly cleaning our space and all shared surfaces regularly, before and after each booking, with disinfectant We use detergent to remove dirt, grease, dust, and germs. Once the surface is clean, we spray with a disinfectant. We are providing hand sanitizer and anti-bacterial wipes to our guests We provide essential amenities such as hand soap, paper towels, and tissues, a trash can with foot pedal, etc. We ventilate the space before cleaning and it was used. HYGIENE While our space is in use we ask to please follow these hygiene guidelines: Wash your hands frequently and properly Use your arm or sleeve when coughing or sneezing, and use hand sanitizer regularly Dispose of tissues immediately and wash hands or use sanitizer any time you have used tissues IF YOU ARE SICK For everyone's safety, we are asking guests who are displaying even mild flu-like symptoms, including fever, cough, and cold to stay home. Please notify us if you or one of your team members or guests are diagnosed with COVID-19 and have used our space or facilities in the past 30 days. SOCAIL DISTANCING We are strongly encouraging our guests to keep social distancing while meeting at our space and will not allow bookings for a large number of participants.
