Modern Industrial Studio Space

Maine Studio Works is a grand total of 8,000 sqft, divided into two separate and private studios. Studio A is roughly 1,200 sqft with a kitchenette, private bathroom, access to the prop room, its own 3-phase electrical panel, and private entrance. This could be used for the catering staff, or transformed into a green room for an event. Studio B is around 5,500 sqft, with two bathrooms (one with a shower), access to the green space along the side of the building, lots of natural light, a full kitchen, direct load in access from the loading dock, sound system, access to the prop room, a private entrance, and its own 3-phase electrical panel. Both studios have clean white walls, and 17' high ceilings. We have an on-site prop room, and wood shop for custom set and prop building.
