Our business is building a community around moving better. Join us to branch out from the usual cardio, Crossfit and bootcamp classes for a more well-rounded take on physical fitness and training. Our instructors draw from a multi-disciplinary background to improve mobility, strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination. We have built a beautiful open space that feels good to move in.

The Space

Our spacious and modern facility has expansive wood floors to host a variety of events. We have 40ft ceilings and a sound system with 3 different areas to hold events including an outdoor deck with a firepit and bistro lights. If you are holding a large event and want it in a central Fremont location with plenty of street parking, you've found your space.
