This spacious and beautiful loft is located in Crown Heights, Brooklyn and available for Engagement Parties, Weddings, Baby Showers, Bar & Bat Mitzvah, Corporate, Private, and Community events. Furniture comes included in venue rental! gorgeous 3000 sq foot Courtyard newly renovated in now available for use!

This is a full daily rental- one booking is accepted per day 12 hours are given per booking (not 8) $200 is the hourly rate. Furniture comes included in venue rental. After booking is complete via Splacer: A separate Deep cleaning fee of $195 mandatory & $300 refundable deposit mandatory, this is held in case of damages or overtime and is returnable post event date. Furniture comes included in price and is shown in photos. furniture layout planning/setup service & breakdown available at additional cost. Outside Courtyard space of 3000 sq feet available at additional cost. Please request this or discuss with us for more information.
