The Space
Enjoy a modern and luxury event space suitable for all of your needs! Our newly renovated and upscale loft is located at the nexus of Atlanta’s most established neighborhoods. Only steps away from Ponce City Market. This is an excellent space for a variety of gatherings - business/product launches, art shows, pop-ups, brunches, photoshoots, at the soft loft you can make all your ideas become reality. Holds up 40-50 comfortably (standing). Along with the hosting space itself, there is a quaint waiting room with comfortable seating for when your guests arrive. A modern, black bathroom is available in the space as well, along with a full kitchen area at your convenience. Please note weekend rates are higher due to demand! Set up and breakdown time must be included in your booking hours. If you are needing to extend your booking past 12am, it will be a $150 an hour. If this applies please message the host and note that accommodations are not guaranteed. Be sure to also review the add on section for additional items to complete your booking! Two standard tables are included in the booking, and additional tables and/or chairs and must be purchased as an add-on at least 48 hours before your booking.

The Soft Loft is professionally cleaned and disinfected daily. Enhanced cleaning measures: - The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities - High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected - Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed - A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings - Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking: - Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space. - Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol. - Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances. - Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable. - Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
