Hey there - it's Karen. I have been a fashion stylist both freelance and at magazines for 20+ years. I am hoping to rent my space mostly as a location for photo and film shoots. Given my background I'm very familiar with the ins and outs of location shoots, so I'm very comfortable with renting it as a location for film and stills. That said, I'm also open to renting for a pop up or small event depending on what it is. So please inquire, I'd love to host your shoot or event!.

The Space

Sleek, stylish and spacious loft in Tribeca that's a great back drop for photo and film shoots. Private keyed elevator opens into an eclectic art filled loft with bleached hardwood floors, high ceilings, central air conditioning and a custom designed kitchen featuring white glass cabinets and a stunning natural wood slab counter. The front part of the space has three windows that face north giving even light throughout the day. The entire apartment is painted white and any art work can be removed upon request. The guest bathroom is recently renovated. The bedrooms get beautiful natural light.

Health and SafetyHealth & Safety Policy

I have updated and developed cleaning and safety policies to help limit the impact of the COVID-19 spread on our guests and employees. I refer to the recommendations from the World Health Organization (WHO) and CDC Guidance for Cleaning and Disinfecting (CDC) to implement the following: CLEANING I am implementing enhanced cleaning procedures to protect guests. These include: I am thoroughly cleaning my space and all shared surfaces regularly, before and after each booking, with disinfectant I use detergent to remove dirt, grease, dust, and germs. Once the surface is clean, I spray with a disinfectant. I am providing hand sanitizer and anti-bacterial wipes to our guests I provide essential amenities such as hand soap, paper towels, and tissues. I ventilate the space before cleaning and after it was used I am disinfecting the space using the following disinfectant certified service: My Clean HYGIENE While my space is in use I ask to please follow these hygiene guidelines: Wash your hands frequently and properly Use your arm or sleeve when coughing or sneezing, and use hand sanitizer regularly Dispose of tissues immediately and wash hands or use sanitizer any time you have used tissues IF YOU ARE SICK For everyone's safety, we are asking guests who are displaying even mild flu-like symptoms, including fever, cough, and cold to stay home. Please notify me if you or one of your team members or guests are diagnosed with COVID-19 and have used our space or facilities in the past 30 days. SOCIAL DISTANCING I am strongly encouraging guests to keep social distancing while meeting at my space and will not allow bookings for a large number of participants.

Some event and private party bookings may be charged 200/hr based on the details of the booking and a cleaning fee of $150 may be charged for certain bookings. Rate is negotiable for longer bookings.
