I am privileged to be associated with the Owner/Artist, Steve Lefkovits, of Pacific Landscapes Gallery. I have a passion for conserving our environment and the gallery reflects the beautiful scenes of nature that benefit from our efforts. My personal experience offers our guests the ultimate event space rental experience. - Event Management, Property Management and Retail Management. - I am a Crafter and Maker. - I own my own company creating decor and offering my creative services to corporate team building and event active stations. I'd love to throw a party with you or create a collaborative meeting space.

The Space

This space is a loft-style landscape photography gallery. It features 750 square feet downstairs, and about 200 square feet upstairs in an open loft. The front features 18 feet of window light from floor to ceiling and can be accessed by the standard front door, or the optionally-available roll up window garage-style door. Originally designed as a live/work/retail flex space, it features a small complete galley kitchen, single full bathroom and an open plan loft. The downstairs is typically configured with sofa and mobile art walls. The gallery has fine art photography hanging on the walls and on movable frames. The exterior of the gallery has a wide 6 foot overhang that provides shade and some shelter from light rain for events that span from inside to outside the gallery. We have multiple sizes of folding tables and folding chair seating for 16 available for your use. The downstairs can comfortably seat 20 people in theater style seating. Guests need to arrange for delivery of rental chairs and tables beyond what we provide.

Health & Safety Policy

We strictly follow the guidelines set for Covid-19. This includes cleaning and sanitizing as well as how many guests we are able to accommodate during your event. Masks must be worn outside and the host must convey to the guests to stay within the specified areas as we need to respect our neighbors within our building and the surrounding buildings. Thank you!
