This Modern Loft with a Rustic feel is the most open of our 2300 sq. ft. full floor lofts and is designed for Photography, Cinematography, Events, and Art Shows. As you can see by the various photos of the space, it transforms easily between the various uses in photography, film making, events, and art shows. The building was built in 1910. It was originally a carriage house for horses. The gray wood floors, with the painted white ceiling beams and white brick walls give it a unique look and feel. It is 95' from the front south facing windows in the front to the windows in the back. For Photography/Film shoots, You can easily do 2 sets at either end or hair/makeup/wardrobe on one side and the shoot on the other side. There is a 10'x20' freight elevator that opens up directly into the loft. We also offer equipment and some furniture rental. James Weber

Health & Safety Policy
HVAC CLIMATE CONTROLLED AIR CONDITIONING SYSTEM: Covid Compliant with a 13 Merve rating, the crews get filtered fresh air delivered to the Lofts and can set the temperature, warm or cool as they desire. STUDIO / EQ CLEANING / DISINFECTANT: We will clean and disinfect all spaces and equipment after each shoot/event. During the shoot/event, we have provided multiple hand sanitizer stations as well as disinfectant wipes and 2 hand washing stations for renters to use frequently throughout the day. The personnel at the studio will follow any company/renter's request to wear masks if they are wearing masks.
