awesome sound system and beautiful lighting. We have rented the space for filmings and well for private spin parties, but it can also be used for other events if we just move out all the bikes from the spin room. There is also a 500+ sq ft gym with a similar look that is great for mingling and social events. We have hosted parties back there with food, live music, booths/vendors, etc. There's a garage door that can also be lifted for fresh air to the back parking lot.

The Space

Totally unique, one-of-a-kind indoor cycling studio and converted garage for gym space. Open exposed ceilings with wood beams and metallic insulation, concrete floors, modern and clean appeal. Large spin room with 30 bikes and an instructor podium with floor to ceilings mirrors on back wall, amazing sound system and beautiful colored LED lights. Bikes can be removed or kept in space. In the back there is a gym, locker room, lounge area and 2 restrooms with similar appeal. Modern store front
