This is a brand new modern compound 2 blocks north of Ventura Boulevard that would look great for film and tv. We have 7,726 square feet of space and have an adjacent building. The home features 2 brand new round see-through elevators, a 30 x 20 foot pool and jacuzzi, basketball court, ping pong table, brand new modern billiard table and fire pit. The House is loaded with too many features to mention. We are renting out for FILMING ONLY no events.
