Walking by this vacant building on the daily, I decided to turn it into Logan Commons and hopefully add value to the community. I have 15+ years of experience planning events and am happy to serve as a resource as you plan yours.

The Space

We're a new, intimate neighborhood event venue nestled in the heart of Logan Square, perfect for private gatherings of up to 50 people. From personal celebrations like baby showers and anniversary parties to corporate meetings, team off-sites and everything in between, we're flexible enough to suit nearly any event concept or theme. Sitting at one of Logan Square’s most vibrant intersections, just down the street from the Blue Line and walking distance to several of Chicago's best bars and restaurants, we’re also a prime location for retail pop-ups, brand activations, and community events. The early 20th century brick building has been completely renovated and now boasts a brand new kitchen area with quartz countertops, soft-close cabinets, and a bottom-freezer refrigerator, plus two single-occupancy ADA all-gender restrooms. The main space has beautiful natural light from large north- and west-facing windows and is open concept with several layout options. It's ready to bring your creative vision to life! Your booking includes five 8-foot tables and 40 chairs. We have a 6-car on-site parking lot for your convenience (plus abundant free and metered street spots), and a large outdoor space. Additional amenities include a professional DJ speaker with easy Bluetooth connection, high speed wifi, dimmable lighting throughout, and convenient access via personalized smart lock code. This space is BYO-approved with no catering restrictions, and is dog-friendly! In-house planning services, additional equipment, and valet parking are all available for an extra fee.
