Easy to work in and move in and out of.

The Space

My space is flexible, has separate space for talent, nice entry to set up for crew, basement for crew equipment, set back from road for privacy, plenty of parking. I appreciate professional crews and am happy to let them use props and items they need. Can film, photo, create music, movies, advertisements both inside and outside.

Full day rate is for an 8 hour day (not the full availability of space per day). Call me to discuss your project and timing. A cleaning fee and trash removal fee of $100.00 each are charged for each booking. Extra hours will be charge at 1.5 times the rate.
