The Space

Spacious 4-story modern home with infinity pool. Exquisitely designed and newly constructed estate in the highly coveted Sherman Oaks. The home has five large bedrooms, and seven bathrooms, and is comprised of 8,000 square feet. Floor to ceiling windows illuminate tons of natural light throughout the home. The living spaces include a large, open living room completed with built-ins and pocket sliding doors, giving off a spacious, indoor-outdoor flow perfect for California weather. The upscale dining room is completed with a gorgeous bar, ideal for entertaining guests. These rooms open up to the sleekly designed kitchen, boasting a large center island, flushed Italian imported cabinetry, state of the art stainless steel appliances, furnished with waterfall marble slabs. The pocket sliding glass doors open up to a brilliantly designed, private outdoor space, displaying covered outdoor seating areas, a large hardscape area.

- No Smoking Inside - Be careful with house belongings - Quiet noise after 11pm - Be mindful of neighbors A cleaning fee is included in every booking to ensure the space is cleaned and sanitized after any event. We are implementing enhanced cleaning procedures in our space to protect our guests. These include: We are thoroughly cleaning our space and all shared surfaces regularly, before and after each booking, with disinfectant We use detergent to remove dirt, grease, dust, and germs. Once the surface is clean, we spray with a disinfectant. We provide essential amenities such as hand soap, paper towels, and tissues, a trash can with foot pedal, etc. We ventilate the space before cleaning and it was used Hygiene While our space is in use we ask to please follow these hygiene guidelines: Wash your hands frequently and properly Use your arm or sleeve when coughing or sneezing, and use hand sanitizer regularly Dispose of tissues immediately and wash hands or use sanitizer any time you have used tissues If You Are Sick For everyone's safety, we are asking guests who are displaying even mild flu-like symptoms, including fever, cough, and cold to stay home. Please notify us if you or one of your team members or guests are diagnosed with COVID-19 and have used our space or facilities in the past 30 days.
