The well appointed lounge/event space is ideal for such micro events as Birthday celebrations, Small Wedding Ceremonies, Bachlor & Bachelorette Parties, Tea Parties, Baby Showers and Brunch, of of which can be catered and Incorporated in your venue rental. Great venue also for those in need of a temporary location for their business activities ie: pop-up retail, photo shoot or YouTube & Tiktok videos.

The Space

This unique Boutique Lounge is a very versatile intimate lounge space designed for entertainment in a warm inviting atmosphere. There a several cozy vignettes throughout the venue. An ideal space for a private personal affair or business event. The venue features three distinctive areas of entertainment; a main gallery that offers a wet bar w/ seating, one vignette with cafe tables and dining chairs, a second vignette with comfortable club chairs and tables suitable for dining and a center standing socializing table. The main gallery also features a suspended 60” TV offering viewing from all angles. Additionally there are two rooms with doors that can be rented individually. One is a screening room with an 70” TV oversized barstools and hightop granite tables. This room can easily be transitioned to suit your event needs. The other private conversation room has plush leather sofa and loveseat coffee tables, extra large comfortable chairs and a 50” TV. This well appointed modern lounge is the ideal venue for micro events, meetings, Birthday celebrations, small Wedding Ceremonies, Bachelor/Bachelorette Parties, Tea Parties, Baby Showers and Brunch; all of which can be catered and Incorporated in your venue rental. In addition the location is great for those in need of a venue for their business ie: pop-up retail, photo shooting or YouTube & Tiktok Pls. don't hesitate to message regarding available options before booking.
