Modern Ranch House in Kingston, NY

Beautiful Ranch house! With 11.4 acres — In the first 2 acres there's our house of 3 bedrooms and 2 1/2 bathrooms, living room, kitchen all with a modern ranch design. The first floor has an office and a family living room with a chimney, there’s also a bedroom and next to it close to the garage there’s a laundry room as well. The house has 3 exits through the garage in between the first and second floor. There’s a big driveway of about 100 meters with space for 8-10 cars. The front yard is a garden of about 1/2 an acre with a few trees and it can be also used as parking if needed. There’s a big spacious deck with three parts to enjoy parties of around 50 people. On one side of the house, we have a chicken coop and a big garden, and we have a few chickens, ducks, and turkeys. On the other side, we have a big empty barn and lots of parking space for about 8 cars (depending on size) We also have a pond that connects to the house with about an acre of distance. In the back, we are left with 8 acres of land, where people can ride bikes, third wheelers, and walk as well. There are hills, lots of trees and from there you can see Interstate 87.
