The Space

Our Space in an Acre Lot located in the Beautiful Ranches in Davie, Florida. Surrounded by lush oak trees and fence for complete privacy. The property is a ranch style with modern furnishings. This expansive outdoor tropical space has a Gazebo with a picnic table on the sporting field, (can be used for any sport) already equipped with soccer goals and LED stadium lighting perfect to film at night. Gorgeous free form pool and spa surrounded by natural white travertine stone deck. Fully equipped outdoor kitchen with bar: *sink *gas stove *gas bbq *coal bbq *teppanyaki grill *small fridge *large fridge *ice chest Two separate sitting areas: *small pergola and wooden deck with chocolate rattan sofa and chairs *Oversized covered wooden with: *round dinning table for 6 *two modern living sitting areas *2 black macrame hanging chairs This space is perfectly landscaped for an outdoor production such as: -Film Shoot -Photo Shoots -Movie Shoots -Commercial Shoots -Filmed Interviews -Documentaries -Promo videos -Sports film production and photography -Other creative production projects *Photoshoots are to be conducted only outdoors. We do have a bathroom available for use during production for your convenience.
