We offer an open space concept with modern rustic feel. Good for intimate and private parties. It includes a separate kitchen with fridge, microwave, dishwasher and sink. It also includes a spacious extra room and also tables and crossback chairs. Book your next Baby shower, Gender Reveals, Engagement parties, Milestone birthdays and more!

$800 for 4 hours + 1 hr setup time for up to 40 people Additional $100 for 50 people Extra hour is 150/hr We do have a promotion for 8 hrs for 40 people for $1,200 or 50 people for $1,300 There will be additional $300 security deposit which is refundable after you event. This is for any damages if there's any, extension of hours or violation of thee contract. Farmwood tables and chairs are included Blutooth speakers Kitchenette
