The Space

An impeccable mid-century post and beam that has been revitalized with today's amenities while paying tribute to its roots. The carefully thought-out design culminates in this exceptional home. All the natural light produced from the windows is what helps inspire the color pallet and themes used. The heart and soul of the home is the kitchen where custom flat panel European-inspired kitchen cabinets, in combination with tile, utilize clean lines accenting a large 8-foot kitchen island, and bright custom laminate floors throughout. Utilizing light colors with clean lines bring the entire concept together. Carefully landscaped front and back yards make this home perfect for your next project. Available spaces: Kitchen, Living Room, Dining area, lounge area, 1 bathroom, back yard, and front yard.

Health and SafetyHealth & Safety Policy

The safety and well-being of our guests are our top priority. We are committed to the overall well-being of our guests and have taken additional measures to ensure the cleanliness of our space. We have updated and developed cleaning and safety policies to help limit the impact of the COVID-19 spread on our guests and employees. We refer to the recommendations from the World Health Organization (WHO) and CDC Guidance for Cleaning and Disinfecting (CDC) to implement the following: Cleaning We are implementing enhanced cleaning procedures in our space to protect our guests. These include: 1) Our staff is following the cleaning and hygiene guidance recommended by the CDC. 2) We are thoroughly cleaning our space and all shared surfaces regularly, before and after each booking with disinfectant. 3) We use detergent to remove dirt, grease, dust, and germs. Once the surface is clean, we spray it with a disinfectant. 4) We are providing hand sanitizer and anti-bacterial wipes to our guests. 5) We provide essential amenities such as hand soap, paper towels, tissues, a trash can with a foot pedal, etc. 6) We ventilate the space before cleaning and it was used Hygiene While our space is in use we ask you to please follow these hygiene guidelines: 1) Wash your hands frequently and properly. 2) Use your arm or sleeve when coughing or sneezing, and use hand sanitizer regularly. 3) Dispose of tissues immediately and wash hands or use sanitizer any time you have used tissues If You Are Sick For everyone's safety, we are asking guests who are displaying even mild flu-like symptoms, including fever, cough, and cold to stay home. Please notify us if you or one of your team members or guests are diagnosed with COVID-19 and have used our space or facilities in the past 30 days. Social distancing We are strongly encouraging our guests to keep social distancing while meeting at our space and will not allow bookings for a large number of participants. Event Services Any vendors providing food and beverages, and other event services, are required to follow our Health & Safety Policy guidelines.
