Modern Space with Rustic Wood Beams

This is a great location for large parties/events. We have hosted several personal, company and industry parties at this space. It can accommodate 500+ people at any given moment, with ample room to set up bars and a DJ booth with space for a stage for Entertainment. Additionally, there is ample room for various lounges throughout the space. There are some seating areas already arranged, with the opportunity to add additional lounge/game areas throughout. We are close to the pier, across from the Fairway if you're familiar with this area. We're easily accessible by the ferry or the F train and a simple Uber ride or bus. The space has original wood beams and high ceilings with rustic wood columns all throughout and a nice touch of modern kitchens to combine that rustic meets modern feel that is popularly seen today.
