The Space

My space is a newly renovated, modern, one-bedroom apartment, that will satisfy the needs of a beautiful backdrop for all film and photoshoot purposes. The rules are very loose. Honestly, do whatever makes you feel comfortable. Feel secure in knowing that I disinfect the entire apartment before and after each booking. Please note, that the only major rule I have is that no pork or non-fish seafood be brought into the space. God bless.

If multiple days are booked, the total booking price will be brought down by 10%. Extra hours other than what was agreed upon will add to the total booking price according to the hourly rate. There is a flat cleaning fee of $70 per booking. If any property is damaged or destroyed, full reimbursement will be required.
