The Space

This property is a perfect fit for small events. We are minutes away from I-95, SR826, US441 and features beautiful interiors with tiles flooring and plenty of natural light. The spacious open living room floor plan features an electric fireplace. A combined of mid-century and coastal designs provide a stylish backdrop to make lasting memories. Modern Chef kitchen, BBQ grill available to create a perfect dining experience. All 4 bedrooms are available for overnight accommodations and sleep up to 10 people at additional discounted fees. The backyard has beautiful oaks and mangoes trees, seating area and more. The lush tropical outdoor oasis, deck, hot tub, gazebo, tiki BBQ grill & covered patio create a warm inviting space for gatherings, friends and family to relax, entertain and enjoy some good time. It is great for outdoor events such as brunches, weddings, photoshoots, wellness/yoga retreat, parties, baby showers, baptisms, graduations, holy first communions, and many more. The venue can accommodate up to 50 guests. Guest limits will be subjected to the host's discretion depending on layout plan. The indoor space is not available for groups larger than 20 people.
