The Space
This modern spacious warehouse built in 2022 has an open layout which allows you to customize the setup depending on vour event. With 30ft ceilings, the walls are white featured with a massive mural on one of the walls the create a great background for pictures and videos. 3 restrooms are inside of this building with 3 offices and a studio to create content. There is a lounge space inside of the warehouse that has 2x 86" smart TV's and seating to a accommodate large groups. There are 3 mini refrigerators inside of the warehouse along with a full break room upstairs We've hosted events such as book signings? Baby showers, birthdays, business meetings and conferences etc.

Health & Safety Policy
We are implementing enhanced cleaning procedures in our space to protect our guests. These include: Our staff is following the cleaning and hygiene guidance recommended by the CDC We are thoroughly cleaning our space and all shared surfaces regularly, before and after each booking, with disinfectant We use detergent to remove dirt, grease, dust, and germs. Once the surface is clean, we spray with a disinfectant. We are providing hand sanitizer and anti-bacterial wipes to our guests We provide essential amenities such as hand soap, paper towels, and tissues, a trash can with foot pedal, paper toilet seat cover dispenser, etc. We ventilate the space before cleaning and it was used We are disinfecting our space using the following disinfectant certified service: (fill in your provider)
