Our space can be used for a variety of events and functions - as a photography studio, a party venue, or a reception area. Please contact us for any questions regarding the possible usage of the venue.

The Space

Located at DTLA's Arts District, the space features two rooms split into 1800 sq. ft. space with concrete floors and white brick walls which you can use for all your photo needs. The rooms are multi-functional, which can serve as a makeshift photography background or a party venue. It can also be used as a venue for a film shoot, photo shoot, or event reception. The venue can be customized according to YOUR needs. You can bring in any equipment and items you may need such as a chairs, tables, and appliances. You can also just rent out half the room - costing only $115/hr for the main space instead of $207/hr. If you would like to rent out the smaller half of the space it will cost about $92/hr. Minimum number of hours is three (3). Feel free to decorate the room according to your needs provided that it doesn't alter the original appearance of the room or leave any marks on the walls or floor.
