The Space

The venue is a 2 story space. You can have live performance upstairs, dj downstairs, or 2 cocktail hour on top, and dinner on the bottom. It is up to you. Two separate workshops can be held at the same time. During the summer there is a huge backyard space with a built in grill (accommodates up to 80). Space is perfect for bridal showers, small weddings, communions product launches, pops ups, workshops, brunches and more. kitchen prep area on both floors, and 2 bathrooms per floor. Separate Listing on Splacer for individuals interested in renting the floors separately.
