Building changes: - Air filtration system upgrades - 2 people per elevator Floor plan changes: - 24 inch PPE partitions will be added per desk - Conference room: limit of 6 persons at any given time - Podcast studio: limit of 2-3 persons at any given time - Multimedia studio: limit of 6 persons at any given time - Huddle room: limit of 1 person at any given time - Kitchen: all seating has been removed, and enforcing an “as needed” protocol for time spent in the kitchen - Spacers will have access to biodegradable plates and utensils - Mandatory use of face masks while in general space with other spacers. While in a private office, masks not required Visitors to ES: - Maximum of 30 people allowed per floor - All visitors will need to wear a mask in all common areas to enter the space - Requiring appointments, no walk-ins - No third party visitors and if meetings can be held virtually to host them virtually instead of in-person - Screening of visitors on entry, such as asking about any symptoms - ES team has digression to turn away visitors if the ES team has reason to believe the visitor in question displays COVID-like symptoms - ES will be recording each individual that enters ES, who they came in contact with, and touchpoints recorded to help track should someone that has been in ES contract COVID Event Protocols: - No in-person events larger than <30 people standing; sitting: 20 people max downstairs, 15 people max upstairs - watching through a live feed - No same-day registration, without counter restricting overcrowding Every person must pass a temperature check when walking into the building - All attendees and staff are required to wear masks at all times (excluding eating or drinking); mask must cover nose and mouth - High-risk individuals are encouraged to attend virtually/seated in back areas and most ventilated areas - Routine sanitizing of all surfaces both in the front and back of the house will take place every hour throughout an event; (over 2 hours and over 20 ppl in attendance). - Pre and post-event all touchpoints will be sanitized - Cleaned and disinfected regularly, particularly high-touch surfaces such as faucets, toilets, stall doors, doorknobs, countertops, diaper changing tables, and light switches. - Clean and disinfect restrooms daily or more often, if possible, with EPA-approved disinfectants against COVID-19. - Spraying of disinfectant into air pre and post-event to handle droplets in the air - An =SPACE Rep will be at the elevator to ensure it is not overcrowded - Attendees leaving will be encouraged to exit via stairs to reduce elevator congestion (8 steps forward) - No open buffet, catering as long as they follow correct guidelines. - The employees from the catering company have been checked by their employer - Their employer signs ES document stating that they ensure their employees are not suffering from any symptoms, covered their hands and faces while prepping the food, will continue to do so when delivering, and were temperature checked before arriving at our venue - Only offer sealed box/container meals and sealed personal drinks with utensils (preferably biodegradable) - Offer no-touch delivery - The windows and doors must stay open at all times to increase ventilation and air conditioning must be on to decrease sweat droplet production - People are not allowed to lounge in hallways for long periods of time, 3 people max in the hallway for over 2 minutes - Video played encouraging CDC regulated safety precautions before every event - Will offer masks to people who come inside if they do not have one already
