The Space

We have an 8000 Square Foot open warehouse that can be transformed into whatever your vision allows you to conjure up. We boast plenty of parking for your clients, costumers, and/or team. Our loading dock allows for easy transportation of any necessary equipment and our 2 offices located in the front of the venue are included for your use. For clients who are looking for production equipment, tables, chairs, set designs, etc. we have the proper connections to ensure that all your needs are met. We ask that you include descriptive details so that we may assist you prior to your booking. Cost/Cleaning will be included in booking cost and is required by all clients who book within our space. We are extremely firm on treatment and care of our space and deliberate damage, trashing, and/or mistreatment of our space will result in the immediate removal of the premises.

Cost will be depending on the type go event that you are having and the day of the week in which it is taking place. Friday & Saturday are our prime event days and as such will cost more than a typical weekday event.

Cancellation & Security Deposit

Cancellation policy: Strict 

50% refund up to 1 week prior to event check in, except service fees.

Book Without Worry
You will have 24 hours from booking confirmation to cancel and receive a full refund (excluding service fees). Please note that this grace period does not apply to bookings confirmed within 72 hours of check-in. Learn more
