The Space

This room is equipped with a large conference table (with power strips built in), a retractable projector screen, TV on wheels, luxurious whiteboard (markers included), and comfortable office chairs. Perfect for an off-site meeting or small panel, this room fits 12 guests around the table comfortably, with the possibility of adding additional seats on the sides. The floor to ceiling windows/doors lead to a small patio garden to grab some fresh air in the middle of the day.

Set/Re-set and Equipment Fee: $150-400 Porter Staff (cleaning): $22.50/hr Facilities (movers): $62.50/hr Security: $26.25/hr On-site Coordinator: $31.25/hr Proof of Commercial General Liability insurance naming our company as additional insured is required prior to the event. This certificate must be obtained through a third party.
