The Space

You have been searching for the perfect location: -Something with indoor and outdoor photo opportunities -Ample room for hair and makeup -Tall ceilings -Parking that costs next to nothing (priceless) -Private restroom You can stop scrolling: you have found it! This is a private, natural light, industrial photography studio located in vibrant downtown Martinez. Includes a hair and makeup area, private restroom, kitchenette, heat, and air conditioning. The outdoor area includes an outdoor shower and claw foot bathtub. It is in full shade by 3 pm in the fall or 5 pm during the summer. The outdoor area does have double-wide umbrellas to share during the day. Right next door to the space is a market + brewery. One block away you will find plenty of restaurants and bars. The Martinez Marina is a short walk away if you need additional outdoor space in addition to this one. There are many urban backdrops close by. Host your photo/video workshop and use our space as a home-base. The options are endless!

Health & Safety Policy

After every rental, we disinfect all handles from the entrance to the back of the building. Common areas are cleaned, and fabric surfaces are sprayed down with Lysol.
