The Space

Unique shoot space full of famous vintage designer furniture and a lot of natural day lights. High ceiling, big windows, loft-feel shoot studio with access to private bathroom/changing area, modern gourmet kitchen access if desired, outdoor balcony space access if needed. The building itself was designed by famed local LA architect H. Hrant Agbabian in the mid century modern style. We will also be showing furniture from our own brand Maison Bezier soon, as well as a rotating new addition of rare, unique furniture! This space is perfect for a variety of shoots, but especially great for: 1. product/lifestyle shoots 2. editorial shoots 3. influencer content creation 4. fashion shoots 5. music videos (without live sound during shoot) 6. independent films/video shoots

We open the window to air out the space between each bookings. A HEPA filter is running constantly. All high-touched areas are disinfected and cleaned.

Water and coffee is provided. Our furniture can be rented at separately negotiated rates. Our own furniture brand will soon be available in the studio and our collection is for rent and sale. Ask host for pricing. Photography service is provided upon request.
